Step 2: Choosing the Right Diamond Package

Step 3: Placing Your Recharge Order

Navigate to our recharge form and complete the following fields:

  • IMO User ID: Paste your numeric ID from Step 1.
  • Diamond Package: Select your preferred package or custom amount.

After reviewing your details, click "Submit & Continue on WhatsApp." This opens a pre-filled WhatsApp message to our support team with your order details. Payment method and payment details are confirmed directly on WhatsApp.

Step 4: Completing Payment via WhatsApp

Once your WhatsApp message is sent, our support team will respond promptly (usually within 1–5 minutes during business hours, and within 15 minutes at other times). They will provide payment details for your chosen method — UPI ID, QR code, or bank account information.

Complete the payment using your preferred app and share the payment screenshot or transaction ID with our team on WhatsApp. Our team verifies the payment and initiates the diamond transfer to your IMO account.

Important: Only pay using payment details shared by our official WhatsApp number (+91 86919 80031). Never send money to unverified accounts claiming to represent our service.

Step 5: Verifying Diamond Delivery

After payment verification, diamonds are typically credited within 5–15 minutes. To verify delivery:

  1. Open the IMO app and go to the "Me" tab.
  2. Tap on "IMO Wallet" or "My Diamonds."
  3. Check your diamond balance — it should reflect the recharged amount.

If diamonds don't appear within 30 minutes, contact our WhatsApp support with your order details and payment proof. We guarantee delivery or a full refund.

Recharging for Another IMO Account

You can recharge diamonds for any IMO account — friends, family, or favorite streamers. Simply enter their IMO User ID instead of yours in the recharge form. This is a popular option for gifting during live streams, birthdays, or special IMO events.

When recharging for someone else, double-check their IMO ID with them directly. We cannot reverse diamonds sent to an incorrect ID once the transfer is complete.

Common Issues & Troubleshooting

Diamonds Not Received After Payment

Wait 15–30 minutes after payment confirmation. If still not received, contact WhatsApp support with your IMO ID, payment screenshot, and order timestamp. We'll investigate and resolve within 1 hour.

Wrong IMO ID Entered

If you realize the wrong ID was entered before payment, contact support immediately. If payment was already made to a wrong ID, recovery depends on whether the transfer was processed. Prevention is key — always verify your ID before submitting.

Payment Failed or Deducted Without Confirmation

If your bank shows a deduction but our team hasn't confirmed receipt, share the transaction ID via WhatsApp. UPI payments sometimes take a few minutes to reflect. We'll match your payment and process the order.
