Services

We provide website development and related digital services. Service details are as described on the relevant pages and in the written quote for your project.

Project requirements

Customers must provide accurate information, content, images, logos, and other materials required for the project. You are responsible for ensuring that materials you supply do not infringe third-party rights or applicable laws.

Pricing

Prices on the website are starting prices for the services listed in each package. Additional features or pages may cost extra and will be communicated before that work is undertaken.

Payment

Payment terms are communicated before work starts. Work may begin after receipt of the agreed advance. Remaining amounts are due as per milestones or on completion. Payment instructions are shared via WhatsApp or email. This website does not currently process card/UPI checkout for website projects.

Delivery

Estimated delivery is 7–30 working days depending on the selected package, project requirements, and timely availability of content and approvals from you. Third-party delays such as hosting, domain, or external tools are outside our control.

Intellectual property

Upon full payment, use rights for the final agreed deliverables transfer according to the project agreement. Third-party themes, plugins, fonts, images, or software remain subject to their own licences.

Changes & revisions

Revision rounds included in a package are listed in the quote. Extra revisions or scope changes are chargeable.

Limitation of liability

Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific project or order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India.
