We aim to provide quality digital services. Because website development uses time and resources, the following terms apply.

Cancellation before work starts

If you cancel before development work begins, any eligible refund is processed after deduction of applicable payment-processing charges and any agreed non-refundable fees.

Cancellation after work begins

Once development work has started, refunds may be limited or unavailable depending on work already completed. Once substantial custom development is done, cancellation may not qualify for a full refund.

Custom work

Custom design, unique features, and work done to your specifications are generally non-refundable once the corresponding work has been delivered or substantially completed.

How to request a refund

Submit a request through the contact page with your name, order/project reference, payment date, and reason. Eligible refunds are generally returned through the original payment method.
